Garmisch, Germany, early 1950s, and native Vermont skier Cal Conniff is on the National Ski Patrol while serving in the US Army as part of the Korean War. How he got to be stationed in Garmisch, we don't know. But this top ranked US skier even won the four-way combined championships for the US Armed Forces in Europe in the short time he was in residence. This vintage photo captures the moment, and we were lucky enough to get permission to use it on a limited number of t-shirts. Conniff became a member of the U.S. Ski-Snowboard Hall of Fame in 1990.
We boldly printed this black & white photo across the front of 100% cotton, all black t-shirts made in the US, using low-impact inks that integrate into the cotton. The feel is soft, and will blend deeper into the fibers with each wash.
We've got a cut that's made for women, and a looser cut that's unisex. We pre-wash before shipping. Women's t-shirt runs small - we recommend ordering up in size. Find measurements of all tees in the "Details" tab.
